I guess white privilege is the ability to create socieities with a good quality of life and then have others come in and demand at least a proportionately representative part of the pie just because they are there regaardless of what success they brough to the country

A few employees at HD told me that there has been new management and its been PISS POOR. These workers are use to ONLY their areas and they are very knowledgeable. However they are told to learn new areas as well and it hasnt been well. New employees are crazy overwhelmed as well as they have to learn a zillion different things now.
